Petros Stylianides is a Managing Director providing strategic financial advisory and M&A deal advisory at Gleacher Shacklock, focusing on clients in the Utilities and Infrastructure sector.
Petros has advised on numerous infrastructure transactions ranging from regulated utilities, midstream and renewables in onshore wind/solar and offshore wind as well as transport including airports, rail leasing and ports.
Prior to joining Gleacher Shacklock, Petros worked for 22 years as an investment banker primarily at Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. From 2014 to 2017, Petros also worked at Wren House as an Executive Vice-President. Most recently, he headed the European Power, Utilities and Infrastructure team at BMO Capital Markets.
Petros has a BEng in Civil Engineering from Manchester University and an MPhil in Management Studies from Cambridge University.
