Nigel Binks is the General Counsel of Gleacher Shacklock.
Nigel joined the firm in 2003 as a partner specialising in mergers and acquisitions and providing strategic financial advice, in particular to clients in the real estate and hospitality sectors. During this time, he also had responsibility for the firm’s legal affairs and became General Counsel in 2017.
Before joining Gleacher Shacklock, Nigel worked for 17 years at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein where he was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division, prior to which he was at Freshfields where he qualified as a solicitor.
Nigel has an MA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University.
