Dorian Lowell is a partner and founding member of the Restructuring Group at Gleacher Shacklock.
Dorian has over 24 years of experience in restructuring, corporate finance and principal investing in Europe and the United States, and has extensive financial restructuring experience in many European jurisdictions as well as chapter 11 reorganisations in the United States.
Prior to joining Gleacher Shacklock, Dorian worked at One East Partners, where he was a partner covering the firm’s private investment / special situations portfolio in New York and London. Dorian was a founding member of Houlihan Lokey’s London-based European financial restructuring business and previously was a corporate attorney at Cleary Gottlieb in New York where he focused on large chapter 11 reorganisations.
Dorian has law degrees from Oxford University and Harvard Law School; he qualified as a commercial barrister at the Inner Temple and practised as a New York attorney-at-law.
