Chloe Gal is the General Counsel of Gleacher Shacklock and holds overall responsibility for the firm’s legal function.
Chloe joined the firm in April 2024. Before joining Gleacher Shacklock, Chloe was a corporate finance lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for over 10 years where she advised borrowers and lenders on complex multi-jurisdictional transactions, with a particular focus on corporate treasury transactions in the investment grade market, including acquisition finance, IPO facilities, liquidity facilities and general corporate financings. Chloe has also undertaken secondments at Citibank and Heathrow Airport.
Chloe holds a law degree from the University of Sheffield.
